The Government of Alberta also provides assistance programs which areÌýlisted here.Ìý

You may cancel or change your ACH payment provided that Å·ÃÀ»ÆÉ«Æ¬ Energy receives at least 10 days written notice prior to the next scheduled debit. You may obtain a sample cancellation form, or more information about cancelling your bank draft agreement at your financial institution orÌý. We'll do the rest. 

Typically, a billing cycle is approximately 27 to 35 days depending on the month and on the timeframe in which Å·ÃÀ»ÆÉ«Æ¬ Energy receives meter reads from your distributor. The length of your billing cycle may vary slightly each month.
